      Consultant Interview

      16 Dec 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gibson Consulting in Nov 2023

      Interview

The setting of the interview felt unprofessional overall. Difficult to schedule an interview because employees were unresponsive and did not seem to care less about the interviewee. I had to follow up multiple times before they had scheduled an interview. When I had my first interview, the employee that interviewed me had his camera off. Additionally, they mention that they hire high-caliber candidates but my first impression of the interview process already says a lot about how they are as a company. More importantly, I received an Excel test, which they did not return and grade. Giving the Excel test last minute seemed pretty redundant if the last thing they would do was not hire the person. It should have been given during the first interview or before the interview.
