I applied for a role and was invited to interview, but unfortunately the process became very confusing due to repeated coordination problems.
For the first interview, the recruiter asked me to reschedule. When I tried to do so, the link provided to choose a new time was not working. I followed up about this but did not receive a response.
Later, I received a message asking why I had not joined another interview, even though I never received a meeting invitation or link for that interview. I replied to clarify the situation, but again did not receive a response.
Eventually, I received a generic rejection email stating that the decision was based on role alignment, even though the interview process never actually took place because of these scheduling and communication issues.
