      - A first video interview with SparkHire. This is a pre-recorded video, you will have 1-2 minutes to prepare to answer and only on take. For one question, you will need to answer in your second language, and if you selected another, you will answer also one question with a third language as well. The purpose of the interview is to learn a little bit more about you, your experience, and why you want to join the team. Similar to a phone interview, during the video interview GetYourGuide wants to hear about some of your previous work experience and what made you decide to apply to work at GetYourGuide in the specific role for which you have applied. - A second group interview with HR and one of the Customer Service Team Leads. This will be a face to face interview more in depth about your motivation, skills, what you can bring to the team, how would you react in a certain situation. I had a little role play: I needed to answer an angry customer on the phone, answer some mails in my languages, and prioritize some tasks.

(motivation) - What are the top qualities for a customer service agent? - What makes you get up in the morning? - Tell me about a time you had a disagreement with your boss. How did you handle it? - Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer? How did you handle it? What would you change?

      Interview

      I had sadly missed the date for the upcoming training week when I first applied. They told me they'd put me in their talent pool, at the time I wasn't really sure if I'd receive something from them later on. I was very positively surprised when only shortly after that, I reveived an invitation to a spark hire interview. After completing the video the real interview process began, where I met them face to face. It was a very fast and pleasant process!
