I had to record a video of myself answering a few questions. I was then pushed to create a marketing campaign using the software they use in house. I thought that was odd because at this point I had not talked to an actual person yet I was doing something I would do on a daily basis while working there. Next, I had a zoom call with an employee. I inquired if the salary listed (which was well below comparable salaries elsewhere) was just a base salary or if there was any form of bonus. There was not and unfortunately it made the conversation very uncomfortable. I was told I would be informed of their decision in the next week or two. The very next day, I was told in an email I “displayed a lack of self confidence throughout the hiring process”. I felt this was rather unprofessional and rude.
