Geothermal Development Company interview questions

Panel team was committed to the interview process. They wanted to know how well one understand the company's goals, missions, vision and mandate. They also wanted to know if one knows the role of an agronomist to the company. They were very professional.

The process was a rubber stamping affair with no leading questions that would indicate the competency or lack thereof of the candidate. The questions/conversation appeared to be geared towards trapping the candidate rather than getting more information.
