The interview process started with an initial screening by HR, focusing on verifying application details and discussing the role's requirements. This was followed by a more in-depth HR interview that explored my work experience, motivations, and fit with the company culture. The final stage involved a technical interview with department managers, where my specific skills and how they aligned with the team's needs were the main focus. Throughout, the process was professional and well-structured, providing clear insights into the role and the company.

I was pleased to have been given an opportunity to interview with Geotech. The hiring manager was accountable and created a comfortable environment for discussion. Upfront expectations were communicated, my questions were thoroughly answered, and a tour was provided. There was no pressure, but rather opportunity to either move forward through the process or walk away. The tour was great - i was able to meet other people and gain more understanding about the business and operations.
