The process was smooth. There was a test involved after initial interview with the recruiter. The interview with the hiring manager was an hour and she asked question relevant to the position. Also the recruiter asked a few technical question as well.

30 min screen with the HR recruiter, asking basic questions such as why are you interested in geotab, why are you leaving your current org, etc. Asked to take an online IQ test, then moved to the hiring manager interview, then ghosted with no feedback given.

Interview
First was an interview with HR followed by online assessment. The frustrating part was zero communication/feedback from the company. Potential candidates put effort into giving their personal time, the least you can do is give them some kind of response regarding the status of their application.
