Mostly base on GPA, and teach will look at your resume and also GPA for this specific course. They will ask a couple of questions about the basic knowledge to get an idea of your background.

What is the difference between TCP and UDP in computer networking?
you had to apply the semester before through georgia tech's website and then if you were selected you would receive an email. there was no formal interview process besides the initial application itself
Very easy. Very considerate. I appreciate how they consider all aspects of you career and education and value very diverse backgrounds. Normally with head teaching assistant and the professor. Not very stressful just be yourself
