Process took about a week. Got an email a day after I applied for a pre-recorded interview.(Basically you record yourself and answer questions given to you.) I did that the same day I got the email and got an email the next day wanting to schedule a 2nd interview via Microsoft Teams.
2nd Interview was a Behavioral interview. They gave me questions on how I acted in past situations. The only issue I had with the interview is one of the interviewees basically told me it was going to be "A hard road for me" since I didn't have any prior internship experience. After the interview they told me my recruiter will be in contact with shortly. I had my 2nd interview on a Friday and got an email from my recruiter saying I didn't get the position on Monday morning. Overall I feel like my fate for this position was already sealed before I even started the 2nd interview. So basically a waste of my time.
