      I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Georgia-Pacific (Green Bay, WI) in Aug 2018

      Interview

      After you apply, if you are selected - you then are required to do a prerecorded interview. This portion takes a good 30-60 minutes. From there I was selected to do an on-site interview that was scheduled for 2 hours long with 4 different individuals. In my opinion this interview process takes way too long. I have heard very mixed reviews on this company, and I see they are always hiring. The process to interview itself takes a good 3-4 weeks, if not longer.

      In the pre-recorded interview session you are asked briefly about yourself. Work history, salary expectations, etc. And then during the in person portion it is all "behavioral" based, so they ask you only scenario questions to see how you react and answer.

      Hour long interview. First, have you speak about yourself. Next, they jump into information regarding Georgia-Pacific and your expected role. Lastly, interview of all behavior questions with them of what happened and how did you deal with it.
