Interview
First I had a phone interview with recruiter. Next was an physical interview with five department members. Went through series of behavioral questions aligned with MBM principles. All members seem to model the MBM principles, they were very smart and know the business well. Definitely a great atmosphere with sound vision and mission.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to make an executive decision without getting approval, or implemented a process.
6 hours of 2-3 on 1 interviews, extremely redundant questions. Not hard just insulting. Received and offer and would rather flip burgers over work with these stereotypical accountants. Not made for out of the box thinking, be a robot, perform a function, think little.
