Georgia Highlands College interview questions

The interview process was average. A few questions portrayed unrealistic expectations by the institution for seasoned instructors. The interviewers were friendly, but I could tell the college wanted the least expensive option for the position.

Two round interview process: The first interview as a virtual panel interview. The second interview required an in-person visit to campus, which included meetings with the search committee panel, a virtual campus-wide presentation addressed the President’s cabinet and the campus community, tours of the Rome and Cartersville campuses and a meeting with senior leadership.
