Phone Interview followed by an in-person interview a week or two afterward. Very easy-going and relaxed interview. Confidence was key. Being sure of your answers and your experience goes a long way. There was a writing sample beforehand as well. All of my references were also called after the in-person interview. Background check and hiring took approximately 2-3 weeks after in-person interview.

The interview was straight forward and relax.
There was a writing Sample exercise 15 mins prior to the scheduled interview.
However, HR is extremely slow, slow, slow, slow, slow, slow, slow in facilitating the Hiring process.

Very formal. Three managers took notes of my responses to scripted questions. There was also a writing sample. It was difficult to have a natural conversation when all panel members had to break eye contact to take notes.
