I first completed a phone interview during which they asked basic questions about related experiences and getting to know my personality and work style. Then I completed an in person interview during which they asked more specific questions about skills and training. I was offered a job at the end of the in person interview.

Really quick. just asked about my experience. There were a few managers there and we just chatted for bit. It was laid back and easy. They were mostly concerned about availabilty (wanted at least 2+ days a week)
