I applied through email directly to GF recruiter in Dallas, TX. Then received a 30 minutes phone interview a few days later by the director of engineering based in Oklahoma. A week later I came in for an on-site interview in which they showed me around the place and introduced me to a few other engineers. I received an offer a week later. Total process took about 2 weeks.
