Gensler LA’s interview process includes a portfolio review, two interviews in their design team,lasting nearly 30 minutes. We have discussion on my architecture design work in school and asked several question.

Interview
I was a very smooth and straightforward process with a heavy focus on design and reasoning behind certain decisions. Some questions about future career goals as well, which is to be expected.
