introduce portfolio and ask questions about your work. Do you have any onsite experience. What would you like to learnt from us. The questions are general ones for an interview.
I had 1 interview with the design director and design manager. It was straightforward and they asked about my skills and experience. It did not seem as hard as I thought it would be.
I recently had the privilege of being interviewed at Gensler, a global architecture and design firm. The interview process was a positive and enriching experience, and I would like to take a moment to reflect on it and summarize what I have learned from the experience.
First and foremost, the interview with Gensler was an opportunity to showcase my skills, experience, and passion for the field of architecture and design. The interview process itself was conducted in a professional and timely manner, with thoughtful and engaging questions from the panel. I felt welcomed and valued throughout the interview, which set the first impression of the firm as a positive one.
Reflecting on the interview process, I realized that it was not only a chance for me to to showcase my abilities but also an opportunity to learn about the firm and the work they do. The interview panel took the time to explain the company culture, the values they hold, and the projects they work on. This provided me with a better understanding of the firm's goals and values, and helped me determine if they would be a good fit for me.
