For the logistics industry, it was pretty smoothe. Used to bad recruitment process. Johnson made sure I had no unanswered questions. Even though I didn’t get the job, he gave me a good understanding of the company and even checked in on me months later to see if I landed something. Meant a lot.

basically it's 3 round interview an intital call with a representative then another call with the rep then a long group interview. Honestly for a sales position it's it's waste of time going through a long interview.
