the interview was very professional. I assume the process was two stages. at each of them, substantive knowledge was verified, there were technical questions about experience, examples of situations and checking soft skills. additionally a question about the candidate's expectations

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Genpact in Oct 2020
Interview
I had 3 rounds interviews for Genpact in Krakow, Poland. First with HR, second was language verification and the last third with People Management. I was told they are so happy to find me coz my skills and language knowledge matching so much for what they need for this job position. I had a very good feeling after last interview and was super excited to start working. They told me they will let me know until the end of the week. It has been more then a month since they told me that and no one called me, neither sent an email. I’m very disappointed of been treated this way. I spent 3 hours for those interview and in the end they didn’t dare to give an answer about their decision. Highly not recommend to waste your time to apply because of the attitude to candidates. If they treat people like this during interviews, I can imagine what is the atmosphere to work there.
