They reached out to me about a role. Two interviews; one with recruiter and one with a VP. they explicitly said there would be more, then they ghosted me. No updates, no responses.

More conversational style rather than being probed for typical interview style questions. It was more a discovery style for the candidate. Fairly smooth process and was offered the role in 2-3 weeks from initial engagement.
