Interview process is quite simple, you will be asked questions related to your current role and the expertise. There can be multiple rounds in a same day with different managers, once you clear all the rounds, one last round will be scheduled to check you communication skills.

Just past work experience hr decision only. If you have 8 years of relevant experience but still they look for b.com graduates. They won't consider relevant experience if you are not from B.com background. They ask us to wait for next opportunity.

There are two rounds of interview it was very basic and simple interview although after selecting getting the offer is bit lengthy process and till onboarding it takes a month
