Basic interview process not to much to worry about that weather you will get selected or not just your communication should be good.They don't any professional level English just average communication skills will work
Management poor and only hire there own culture of people and not for skill, random last minute meetings like in a third world country or expect everyone to know about a meeting in 5 mins without messaging or a calendar notice. Like living in year 2000 but with modern laptops but brains not so much unfortunately.
Very slow environment somedays no jobs literally so pretty chill overall.
