1. H.R (Basic Introduction about your self, Give pronunciation of some words)
Just test your English speaking skill.
2.English Speaking and listening and grammar test over headphone in computer
3.Telephonic Interview

about yourself. why GENPACT etc Job is non technical but not bpo or kpo. Some questions are coming from the job description also.
There was an introduction round with the HR if selected there would be an online test just like versant test and if you are selected in the test then there will be an manager round the manager will ask some question technical about the process and check your communication skills
