1st round is face to face interview and 2nd round is telephonic interview from client side. then after background check verification. Handling the candidates who attended the interview was very poor. They called irrelevant profiles unnecessary and make them waited for hours and hours. At-last they simply called their names out and ask them leave. Very disappointing. They don't even have to answer us with proper explanation. they really wasted our day. scrutinizing team was very poor. Validater is only one. person who can't handle the crowd that they called in. They literally make us wait entire day from morning 9 to evening 5. Then they realized that they have only 1 hour left to close the day. So, they directly selected the candidates whose profiles matches the requirement.
