They just asked us to speak on the topic of our choice . 2 options were given ( reservation system or odd even rule Delhi ) After that they took our written test followed by a telephonic interview ( your CTC would depend on your communication skills ) Candidates whose communication skills were good were chosen for the voice process and rest were chosen for back end process Chances of selection were very high as they were hiring in bulk . Offer letter were given to the selected candidates .
