Interview
3 rounds as first is technical round then managerial round and then last is HR discussion. Technical round is mostly understanding technical concepts about sourcing and negotiation. Managerial is about presentation and problem handling skill.
It was Smooth and decent. One should know their skills and be prepared for the role they are applying for. Knowledge about the area is key. Three rounds of interview one technical , one excel and one with senior leaders
Telephonic Interview by HR followed by Technical interview from Operations Lead. Selection process will take a minimum of 1 month. Interview process varies from Band to Band. For roles at entry level, what I heard is there would be an Aptitude test for candidates.
