Quick process. I was working in a week. No questions asked besides when I could start? Orientation was on a Tuesday and only 1 day. Started immediately working because they were understaffed.

Very fast, quick, I was on the schedule within 3 days, Physical & Drug test conducted same week, and they called my references right away.
Got interviewed by the ADON & they gave me a tour of the facility. Orientation is 2 days of videos & Infection Control & Safety-- 4 days orientation on the floor.

Interview
The interview process was pretty simple. They asked what days or shifts you can work, and where you have worked before. They also want to know if you have reliable transportation. I wish they would spend more time interviewing instead of hiring on the spot. The folks they hire have major attitude problems at times, and if they don't they learn them from other staff members.
