I was interviewed by the HR business partner, the department supervisor and the administrative assistant. After instructions, the supervisor provided an overview of the programs current staff and a brief description of the RN Float's daily duties/routine. I was asked a series of job/mental health specific questions including a scenario question. Following the questions, I was given the opportunity to ask my own questions.
