I applied online. I interviewed at Generation UK (Glasgow, Scotland) in Sept 2022
Interview
Uploaded my CV and answered 2 questions in relation to how my skills met the role description.
I then completed a video interview which was pre-recorded at their end. Answered 4 questions in relation to how my experience fitted the role.
Generation UK then advised I had made it through to the final stage - a live interview. This was re-scheduled at their end THREE times. I was also emailed a pre-interview task to complete. Part of the task did not make sense in terms of timings (I had to watch a video) they apologised for this and said they would email me the correct timings. They failed to do this before my interview was due so I cancelled.
I messaged the person who was due to interview me to explain why I cancelled the interview. They didn't even have the courtesy to reply.
I felt like they completely wasted my time. Thoroughly unprofessional. AVOID!

Question 1
How do you feel about observing and providing feedback to tutors who potentially have more specialist subject knowledge than you?
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Generation UK (London, England) in Feb 2021
Interview
cold, long, demanding and very "corporate style" .
diversity and inclusion it's just greenwash here. I would suggest them to immerse their Mckinsey staff in social impact programmes that let them know what should be core values for a social impact organisation.
