I was contacted soon after applying online and invited to a phone interview with the local Austin manager. The phone interview went very well. I was told I was being considered for two positions and asked back to a video interview with the same manager as well as leadership in NYC. This interview also went well, and I was told I would be hearing back from them soon.
After sending a thank you email post- second interview, I waited patiently to hear back. After not hearing anything for a while, I sent a follow-up email. I never received a response. Not getting the job is fine, but I don't think there is any excuse to not send a simple email stating the job was filled. This is especially the case if someone went through multiple stages of the interview process. It shows a real lack of consideration and professionalism.
