Interview
The interview started out being pretty similar to others with a phone screen interview with a recruiter. Then with the CTO . The CTO was super nice and likes to talk about personality traits. More of finding a fit personally kind of interview. Then there was an hour long call with some members of the team. They were also really nice and everything seemed to be going really well but did not get an offer.
C'è stata una prima fase tramite HR esterno all'azienda, per la quale sono stato contattato e mi sono state fatte domande rispetto al mio percorso e alle aspettative. Poi, non sono stato ricontattato una volta che il mio profilo è stato presentato al team di sviluppo.

Screening phone interview, technical interview and Managers chat together with HR related questions. IQ and English language tests.
The interviews are quite straightforward even though the whole process is long with many steps before actually taking action to address the salary and benefits.
