Submitted the resume on Monster.com.
Got contacted within one week. The hiring manager is the first one interviewing me, asking about my researches listed on my resume. Then, their owner and CEO spoke with me two times, one on phone while the other is video call on the skype. He asked me my researches again and some simple optical questions.
Offer was sent to me two weeks after the interview.
I declined this offer due to several reasons. The package is really bad, low salary, bad benefits, ect.. They do not have any guideline. What you would have is just depending on the CEO's decision. And I think he want to try to save money from his employee badly. No onsite interview, low salary, and he likes to let the new employee start the full time job as an intern for one year or more... Really bad experience. I felt there would be no future working at General Photonics, so I declined this offer.
At last, I do not recommend working at this company if there is another option.
