I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at General Motors (GM) (Tucson, AZ) in Sept 2015
Interview
Was during a University Career fair, we had an initial interview on the spot which was just kind of a personality check. Once I passed that they set me up with an interview a couple of days later. Which entailed us talking for a surprising amount, about an hour and half. We hit it off pretty well, which set him back in time. Then he asked me a series of questions.

The interview process consisted primarily of behavioral questions focused on past experiences, teamwork, conflict resolution, and problem-solving.
