Went through 2 rounds for the role within the Enterprise Innovation team. Completely unresponsive and unprofessional recruiter. Schedules a call and doesn't attend it, asks for availability windows, and calls outside the shared time window. The 50-day long process only involved one automated OA and 1 behavioral round with the Head of Product. I had lost interest in joining the firm by this point and asked the recruiter to fast-track the process but received no response. Then finally received the - "the team has decided to move forward with other candidates for this role" mail - which was expected considering the role had already been removed from the career portal a while back. The company has no respect for an interviewee's time. Even FAANG loops do not take 2 months. Keep in mind, that I have always chosen the earlier time available for each call and submitted the OA within one day. Might as well have dodged a bullet with everything I am reading about company culture lately such as mandatory 5% layoffs within each team.
