Don't bother applying if you need visa sponsorship. Had applied online, and received a recruiter mail about 10 days later. Had a phone call with the recruiter going over the interview process. They mentioned that they would handle visa sponsorship and green card process. My virtual onsite interviews were scheduled for two weeks later due to July 4th break. Both the interviews were really great, and the interviewers themselves gave me positive feedback and told me to wait for a week to hear from the recruiter. I was very confident of getting an offer. Here start the hiring issues. Did not receive any communication from the recruiter even 2 weeks later. Sent them a bunch of follow up emails asking for feedback. The recruiter finally responded in the 3rd week saying that the HR is reviewing the offer. Two more weeks went by without any communication, so I reached out to the recruiter again. No reply. I get a standard rejection email from a no-reply address a week later. This is not how you treat talent just because they are interested in a job. Expected GM to do better. Had heard good things about GM, but this experience ruined it for me.
