1-step process. Fairly quick and easy. First a phone screen then a panel interview with two individuals within the business unit. Not as thorough with location selection. Left me for weeks telling me that location selection was pending and not actually going to be in MI and never got back to me. Not as organized in this sense.

Great interview, only one round and they had task specific questions. For business unit. Still haven't received placement few months after offer was extended. Hopefully things start to pick up.
