First screen was a behavioral Hirevue screen regarding general experience, team dynamics and interest in the position. Second step was a 1 hour Teams interview with the hiring manager and his supervisor. The questions were still behavior focused with some high level technical aspects regarding the position.

Was contacted by the recruiter by email asking to setup a screening round with a senior employee. Had a behavioral round there after with panel of 2. They asked for behavioral questions and expected answer in STAR format. They said they will get back in a week haven't yet heard even after follow up. They have reopened the position on job portal. So I am ghosted I guess.
The interview was mostly behavioral questions. One round with HR and next with the hiring manager to better understand qualifications. GM has great benefits but there are times where you will have more than 2 managers. General Motors is not a stable company at the moment

One hour interview with two different people leaders. Each took turns asking with STAR questions, preferring answer of specific situations, actions, and resolution. Opportunity at the end for questions back to the interviewers.
