I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at General Motors (GM) (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2016
Interview
Initially a behavioral interview with 4 sets of different questions targeting different areas of interest. Each sections asks 2 questions and you get to pick which out of the 2 questions you would like to answer. Then for each questions (a total of 4) there are sub questions breaking down the bigger question. After you get done with the behavioral, the interviewer tells you whether you made it to the next level (the technical level) or not.
