Interview
Initially I had a phone interview/"screening" with an Associate Marketing Manager (30 min). The phone screening went well enough to be invited back for a "final round" of interviewing, which consisted of first meeting briefly with an HR Manager, followed by lunch with a different Marketing Associate, and then 4 interviews (30 min each)...first with a different HR Manager, then a different Associate Marketing Manager, then a Senior Marketing Manager, and finally another Senior Marketing Manger. The day concluded with meeting back up with the initial HR Manager to discuss any questions, as well as compensation should an offer be extended.

Interview
First screening interview lasted about a half hour, and then the final round was virtual and lasted about 3.5 hours with different members of the team. Mostly conducted with behavioral questions.

I went through a multi-step interview process. After submitting my application online, I was contacted via email to set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. The next round consisted of 3 one-on-one via Microsoft Teams: 15 min with the Talent Acquisitions Manager, 30 min with the HR Manager for the division, and 30 min with a Senior Marketing Manager for the division. In all interviews, I was asked situation and behavior-based questions. They want you to answer using the STAR method.
Overall, it was a good experience. Everyone was really nice and happy to answer all my questions along the way.

Interview
Standard behavioral questions. First phone interview with hiring manager and then invited in for more interviews. Before going to the in person interview, you have to take a personality test which was easy but took some time. Additionally, there is a reasoning test that was very hard, you only get 22 minutes to answer 20 questions.
