Short but long but short but long it wasn’t grear, vague job description and loose brief from recruiter. Need to check process and have better feedback loop b b b h h
Panel interview by managers followed by Sr manager rounds. Not too difficult questions, but need strong basics of finance and accounts. One needs strong commu nication skills and stake holder management experience

Processo interno, claro e preciso. Tambem bastante proximo do candidato durante todo o processo, mesmo envolvendo etapas globais. Organização precisa quanto as agendas e feedbacks. O processo foi gerenciado internamente, envolvendo etapas globais.
