Interview
First step was a phone screen with a company recruiter. From there I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. I was then brought in for in-person interviews with three other managers and HR. This was followed by meeting/lunch with the hiring manager. I was at their office for about 4 hours all together.

Question 1
Interview with the hiring manager was conversational. Interviews with the other managers were behavior based questions that they read from a script. Two of the managers asked the exact same questions.
