All situational type questions. Most of the questions did not relate to the job or tasks related to the job I was interviewing for. Had a phone interview and then 3 in person interviews and a “coffee chat”.

What would be the steps you would take to create a cereal?
light hearted intro call (10 mins) next round 1 on 1 with manager and final round was a more technical case study. Need to understand accounting at a very high level.

1) HR recruiter video screening interview.
2) Phone call with hiring manager interview.
3) Behavioral based interview questions with four different people (STAR format).
4) Personality and deductive reasoning tests.
