The process started with a couple of phone interviews and then 3 on-site visits. All the interviews were well conducted. My last interview was an HR round interview which I was specially called for. The entire process took over 3 months, after which as a candidate you would at least expect a response. I tried to contact the HR via email/phone with no success. While the process was taken care of smoothly, the "no response" scenario seemed extremely unethical. When a candidate removes that many hours the least that can be expected is a response especially from a company like General Mills.
