There was a phone screening after the online application and then an in-person interview with two of the hiring managers. The HR representatives meet you and bring you to the interviewers and then walk you out, leaving you time to ask questions

The recruiter explained the process of the call from the beginning, starting with administrative questions, then related to the position and basic HR questions, and then answering my questions. It all went smoothly.

Very standard questions — examples of how you’ve handled / would handle situations.
Round 1 is a Phone interview ( I talked to the manager that I later ended up working for), Round 2- back to back on site interview with 3 manager on the team. Very straight forward. 1 month in total from when I was first called to schedule an interview to when I got my offer letter.
