Roudn 1 - competency based interview. Round 2 - interview + case study. Given a brand case study and had to crunch numbers, sell in and negotiate. Standard FMCG sales interview.

Interview
Telephone, SHL tests (they won’t meet you unless you pass), LM meeting, case study & competency qs. The whole process is very impersonal with no feedback during, so you don’t really know where you stand.
I had rejection via email, not particularly nice after dedicating weekends to completing tests and preparing presentations/case study.
Speedy process, I’ll give them that!
