The on-site interview consisted of multiple 1:1 rounds with management, technical staff, and HR personnel with a casual coffee break chat. Shortly after the on-site interview a formal offer was made which I accepted. I had competing offers at the time but the thoroughness, experience, and employee interactions of the on-site interview sold me on General Mills.
