General Micro Systems Quality Assurance Engineer interview questions

I met with the hiring manager. She was professional and asked pertinent questions relating to job experience and technical aptitude. Then a younger man within the department interviewed me. He did not know what position he was interviewing me for.While viewing my resume, seemed to be looking for technical information that was not pertinent to this job. He then stated the job position would never pay that much. We hadn't even discussed a pay range at this point.I was then given a written exam.A logic,math, english proficiency type exam.
