I applied online. I interviewed at General Glass International
Interview
Interview was done in two rounds. Meet the HR first and answer some basic questions. After that waiting for a few days and then going to talk to the department manager.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at General Glass International (Secaucus, NJ) in Sept 2019
Interview
Applied through a recruiter. Interview process was about 8 hours total, spread out over 3 days. I first met with the two managers and head of HR. After that, I met with personnel in the same role on two separate days. They attempted to get everything in one long day, but due to scheduling, were not able to. It was fairly average for an interview as far as topics covered.
The entire process moved fairly quickly, and they were very accommodating to my schedule during the interview process. I received an offer via phone, and was asked if it was acceptable. I attempted to negotiate, but when speaking with the recruiter, I was more or less told that it was a take it or leave it offer. The primary reason for declining the offer was the lack of any vacation in the first year. While they stated that they could work with me for any day(s) off that I would need, the unwillingness to put any of that in writing was not something that I wanted to leave my current position for.

Interview
I applied online and was contacted by HR pretty fast. I was called in to meet with Hr and the senior estimator. Before you began you have to fill out a simple math test. I was invited back two days later to meet with the vp and president of the company, where I was offered the job.
