I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at General Dynamics Mission Systems (Ypsilanti, MI) in Aug 2010
Interview
I interviewed with VP and a number of members of Senior Management. Feedback from top dog was very positive, asked if I would be interested in position in question or others. Very positive feedback with discussion of follow on interviews. After that, received no other feedback or communication. GD simply terminated all communication. After repeated inquiries, I received a "not a good fit" one sentence email from an HR rep at another location. Poor Impression of how GD treats candidates.
