Several recruiters are actively recruiting for this job for months and the company itself is advertising it and actively soliciting thru online job sites. The pay scale advertised is average at best. Required skills and experience are very high for the pay range. The position is on-site. No remote. Seems like the job has been made intentionally unfulfillable. Nobody with all the credentials is going to accept the pay range.
